Hi I'm Jan. I was born and grew up in Toronto, Ontario, Canada with an art loving family. I have been drawing and painting ever since I can remember. Everyone in my family likes to paint, draw, sew, knit and garden. It is very inspirational!
I paint mostly in watercolor, but love to experiment with various mediums. I am currently working with acrylic and oil.
I enjoy traveling and photography, always looking for that perfect picture to paint. Italy and France are my favourite places but closer to home, Northern Michigan and Northern Ontario are great places to explore. I live in Lansing, Michigan with my family.
Many of my paintings are for sale. Please contact me if anything interests you. Thanks for visiting my blog!
